Local Legends learns the process of preparing 'sinaing na tulingan' from Ricky Magsumbol, the son of a known seller of the said dish in Taal, Batangas. Tourism and cultural advocate Dindo Montenegro talks about the history of the province of Batangas; and introduces the seafood dish that all Batangueños are too familiar with. Magsumbol then shows the traditional way of preparing 'sinaing na tulingan.' He also talks about inheriting his mother's business at the wet market. Montenegro later says that 'sinaing na tulingan' somehow gives identity to the province.
